Technical inventory is conducted in the following cases:
before taking into operation of completed construction projects, including on reconstruction and overhaul;
before the state registration of property rights to object under construction;
before the state registration of ownership of immovable property which was formed by the division and unification of real property or allocation of shares of immovable property, except as a result of this division, association or allocation of shares completed construction of the facility was taken into operation.
In other cases, technical inventory held by the customer.
Based on materials of the technical inventory consists of technical passports, which are co-signed by the head of the entity and stamp and signature of the contractor indicating the series and number of the qualification certificate and its seal
Deadline of works on technical inventory established a contract.
The size and order of payment of works on technical inventory defined in the contract agreed by the parties.
