In accordance with Ukrainian national construction regulation A.2.2-4-2003 “Regulation on construction design supervision of buildings and constructions”, our enterprise takes design supervision of objects’ construction during the whole building.
The purpose of design construction is supplying with compliance of technological, architectural and building and other engineering decisions of building objects to decisions mentioned in approved projects. Work scope includes:
supervision of building administration in accordance with building schedule;
selective check of administration of building and adjusting works carrying out; revelation of project decisions distortion in part of application of building construction, materials, manufactures, details, equipment, frontage and interior works;
check of issues elimination by contractor ; documenting of intermediate acceptance of critical structures.
contribution to familiarization of workers carrying out building and adjusting works and Owner's inspectors with project documentation;
participation in work of working and state review committee for commissioning of a facility.
